OK, SO! Do you wanna feel better? Stronger? Is resilience important to you? You know what it feels like when you go to the gym for the first time in five years, and everyone around you knows what to do and how to dress? You walk into the class with the wrong everything on, and you feel like you want to put a paper bag over your head? You breathe and tell yourself to hang on; getting up and walking out will look way worse. So you suffer through the class. You notice every little thing about the class, the room, the other people. It’s like you are living in slow-mo. You think, “Oh NO, I’m going to throw up”. It’ll be a big win if you make it through without throwing up. BIG WIN. After it’s over, the only thing you really liked about it was that it got your butt moving. You decide you need a personal trainer because there is no way you will put yourself through that again anytime soon. Not until you feel better about yourself and are in better shape.

I’ve been working with women just like you (me) for 15 years. I am you. I was you. I get you. I want to hold a safe space for you to build muscle and self-esteem, too. It was a huge AHA moment in my life when I figured out that exercise could make me feel better emotionally. That looking good was the BY PRODUCT of feeling good.

This is my style – I use different modalities and mix up your workouts. I use barre, yoga, pilates, weight training, and HIIT. I mix up workouts so you are never bored, and play music YOU want to listen to. Every workout consists of three things – weight training, cardio, and stretch. You will work hard, but I promise you, in 12 weeks, you will start seeing VISIBLE RESULTS. Promise.
